I use to be so active doing stuff outside all the time in my free time, ever since i got introduced to video games i have been sitting on my butt constantly for like 6 hours or more when i was not running, i figured lots of miles means i can sit all day and not be active.
Ended up with weak hip flexors and got a groin strain. So basically should i just live like the Kenyans the rest of my life and stop sitting if i want to recover better?
