Ollie Hoare is making the US 1500m runner's look ridiculous and with Edwards and McSweyn it is a no brainer that Australian 1500m runners are on a tear. I see two Aussie's making Olympic 1500m final with no Americans. Prove me wrong!

This isn't a particularly insightful comment. Yes, Australia has 3 1500 runners better than anyone in the US at this exact point in time. Whether or not that will be true in July/August is a different story. Hoare, in particular, seems to blasting races at the moment in an attempt to shore up a spot on the team. This is not exactly where I would want to be in May before the olympics. That said, more power to him... he is running great.
The Aussies are good. But not as good as Taoufik Makhloufi.

I bett they're not!
Australia has four on the men side. Ollie, Edwards, McSweyn and Ramsden

I bet rojo's wife squirts
Of course the U.S. has the defending Olympic gold medalist. There is that.
McSweyn has been consistently fast over range for long enough now that it'd be unusual for him to not get it right in the summer. Great racer. Hope Edwards can build on his momentum rather than peak early.
Have enjoyed watching Australian distance and middle-distance running for past 2-3 years particularly - still remember Jack Rayner in 2018 Commonwealth Half Marathon Championships which first really drew my attention to the Aussies young guys
