The Olympics are not the Superbowl. Money is not supposed to be the point of the competition. It's totally fine with me if that's the IAAF Diamond League's main goal, and the goal of everyone who competes in that league.
No...that is YOUR opinion on what the Olympics is all about. The world's opinion hasn't been that for decades.
Once you do anything for money, as a career, that is your number 1 goal. To provide for yourself and your family if you have one.
