She looked great. Faster than Mu in high school. I wouldn't be surprised to see a 1:59.x this summer. She has an outside chance to make the US team if she doesn't compete for Ireland.

That's only 2:09 pace. Maybe she will run 1:59, but her 2:41 is not confirmation that she will.
That isn't how conversions work. Otherwise she would be running 4:20 for the mile.

But not faster than Sammy Watson in high school and Watson didn't go 1:59 outdoors...
Temper your expectations chief. 2:00.5-2:01.5 is more realistic
She hasn't an outside of an outside chance to make the USA team, not with Ajee Wilson, Raevyn Rogers, C'eira Brown, Kate Grace, Mu et al. vying for a spot. U20 if that's still a go this year.

Of course it's not just pace. Performance wise, it's equal to about 2:05.
Sammy Watson finished 4th in that race. Willis led this from the gun and faded in the middle because she had no competition.
It converts to 2:02 flat.

Or maybe thats the best she had on the day, competition or not.
still doesn't somehow get her to 1:59 outdoors or an outside shot at making the USA team.
Good race for the high schooler though
2:12 at 800 and closed in 29. She can go faster if in a race.
She has been seen frequenting Greek restaurants.

I ran 2:40 on a flat track my soph year and 1:59 outdoors. Both were fairly good races for me and competitive. I ran 2:02 flat track very soon after the 2:40. I think the equivalent of a 2:41 on a banked track would be like a 2:43 flat track. So I would estimate 2:01 at best for Roisin outdoors.
