Going on 10 months since I first got it in NYC right as the city was shutting down, didn't officially know I had it until antibody testing was available in late April. While there was about a 2-3 day period where my wife and I agreed that if I got any sicker I'd need to go to the hospital I never did.
I still have some inflammation in my lungs for which I have 2 different inhalers but the last 3-4 weeks I seem to have taken a big turn for the better.
My hair has stopped falling out but there is no new growth to indicate that it'll be coming back from the areas it thinned, at least anytime soon. (while I'm 39 and it's possible I just started losing my hair, based on family history and the fact that about 25% of people who've had covid have hair loss I'm pretty sure it's from this)
My short-term memory is coming back. For instance, almost daily I would have episodes of walking from the living room to the bedroom to get something in my small NYC apt and have no idea what I was going to get once I got to the room.
With the help of the inhalers I've been able to run and run decent volume since April although for months I sounded like a heavy smoker trying to sprint. I'm still much much slower than I was pre-Covid but as I mentioned earlier the last 3-4 weeks I've finally started making progress and the for the first time I feel like I'm able to work on gaining fitness again.
Hopefully the fact that you had a milder case means you'll stop seeing those symptoms sooner than the 9-10 months it's been for me. Good luck!
