You're being way too generous. Hutchins Rand 950 with two Pacers for two-thirds of the race
Let's face it girls fluctuate a little more and don't have as obviously consistent and steady Improvement so who knows but chances are in a legit High School race without Pacers these girls will be in the low 950s and if they're having an awesome day would have a shot at the record
Anyway I think the pushback from celebrating the great time that this race is the fact that it seems like more and more it's just about designing a course to be fast to get notoriety and records, without it being at all like a legitimate Country course
I thought the whole point of cross-country is to have a different kind of running where you're actually challenged by a lot of different elements and not just to make it a track like run for record-setting Time Performance.
