Hello im 24 male
so i started running about 6months ago and now really like it i run 2 times a week ussualy araund 5k also last week i started to include higher distance running which im gonna do 2 times a month like 8miles and try to increase distance by a bit my goal for 5k is 20.00 and under my pb is 21.35now ussually i run at 22.30 at average 167hr im
my times is getting better and better by the time .
so i want to ask you guys what running program should i do to achieve 5k in under 20mins i only able to do 2 runs a week becouse i also swim and workout triyng to build muscle and gain wheight so what kind of training you guys would do if you in my situation?
