I am a runner that generally needs a lot of stability due to my overpronation issue. When I run in the ZoomFlys I feel like I am falling off the high stack-height and do not enjoy the energy return. Will this be a problem with Vaporflys/Zoomflys?

Strengthen your glutes.
Particularly where they pull your leg outwards.
What a timely coincidence; check out the thread I'm about to start on Dick Beardsley.
Even more so on Vaporflys as they are as narrow as the Zoomflys AND much softer.
Alphaflys though... are a much wider and more stable platform. For a severe over-pronator it is probably still a problem but much less so.
So if you are going to buy one Nike super-shoe... go with Alphaflys.
You may also want to look at the Saucony Endorphin Pro. Much more stable than even the Nike Alphafly...more mellow on energy return as well.
if you don't want the energy return, why pay $200 for a super shoe?
alphafly is much more stable than the zoom flys and vaporflies I've also worn.
