Humans like horses are animals. How many times do people drone on these boards about fast twitch versus slow twitch runners, etc. Genetics, etc.
The course was significantly hilly, with no ability to gain rhythm. I’ll also add that the wind in the long straights was also a factor. Total beatdown of a day.
