You’ve proven repeatedly over the course of this thread that you’re either unable or unwilling to understand the laws.
The text of the actual laws have been posted throughout this thread, you’ve seen how the prosecution and the defense in this case argued the application of the laws, you’ve heard the judges jury instructions, and you’ve seen how a jury decided on the application of these laws based on how they were argued. When you went into the difference between personally witnessing a felony being committed and when it’s with “immediate knowledge” I posted a quote from an article showing that, in the eyes of the GA Supreme Court, they are functionally the same.
The only reason for you to still not understand all of this is that you’re being intentionally obtuse. Of course there’s still the sealioning option. Which is almost certainly the case.
