Ouch Jager, that was one slow closing 400m. That's probably about the first "bad" steeple he's ever run. Pretty awesome a "bad steeple" was still 8:15. Really thought he'd run about 8 flat today, hopefully he takes another shot at it this summer, no doubt he can smash his AR
