I'd take a quadruple screen over what we're going to get later, which is a full-screen interview of the wheelchair finishers while the men and women are getting into the late miles of the race and we miss the key moves. I genuinely don't even know why I'm watching and feel like an idiot for it.
Boston is unquestionably the worst broadcast. Chicago, NYC, they all show some wheelchair, but Boston is really alone in their insistence on only showing wheelchair for half the broadcast.
Yeah in general I don't really get the wheelchair racing though as it is closer to cycling than actual running... weird.

I am worried about that too. Before they started doing this I had never felt an ounce of dislike for wheel chair racers but now I deeply resent them.
I have to think that wheelchair is heavily tech based. Sure there's always the bouncy shoe haters for running, but I would think the variation wheelchair to wheelchair has got to be fairly more substantial. How regulated are they?

Ya, they hold it with running because they couldn't close the roads down for a handful of people anyways.
I don't have anything against these parathletes - but they have huge egos. They think everyone is there to watch them when in reality without the marathon, very few fans would tune into the para race. They should do split screen or let viewers choose which race they watch.
Mantz is probably wishing so badly he was fit for today. Could have seen him winning this honestly in a new unofficial AR…just based on the great weather and how race is going so far (yes I realize it’s still early)
The Wellesley College girls are at mile 11, I believe. Could Rojo give us a “boots on the ground” report as to their level of enthusiasm and aesthetic appeal this year?

There's nothing to worry about; it's a guarantee to happen. In fact it's happening as we speak!
