    you measure width from centre of mass

    that is a reason why the bend distance is 30cm from kerb, meaning trajectory of c o m is more like 116m for c o m on bend

    30 for lane 1 because of the kerb, 20 for the others.

    You can DL the facilities manual from the IAAF website.
