Bates is cooked. Helluva a race though. She put in the work.
Bates going through a bad patch but not completely dropped. I hope she can hold on - you can do anything for 10 minutes!
Obiri is like swerving side to side on the road as she runs, honestly shocked she hasn't been clipped since I started watching 2 minutes ago

Bates is very very slowly fading.

Men's podium is 100% Adidas. Tough day for Nike
Nike has been misidentifying talent since Capriotti left.
Emma about 1-2 seconds off the lead
Looks dangerous to run within elbow distance of Obiri.
Emma not dropped, but not in the thick of it, either-

Nasty. Not a fan
Does Kipchoge ever race again after today?

yea shes cooked
I heard so much talk about Kipchoge struggling in Boston because of the hilly terrain. Others raised concern about his age. Still, others refused to believe Kipchoge could possibly lose. I mean, he did just set a WR...
Now that Kipchoge has lost, what do you think the main factor was in his loss? Was it the terrain, his age, or something else? Curious about your evaluation.

Maybe Obiri will take everyone else out.
Obiri and Beriso look like hobby runners running too fast, amazing they can be competitive. Imagine if they had a better form ?!
Kinda wild four women together so close to the finish. I'd love to see a crazy sprint finish.
