Just a guess, but I think he'll make a move around ~32k. This would fit with all of his previous marathons - if he can create a large (doesn't have to be ~30-40 like Tokyo, maybe only ~15 seconds) gap he won't have to deal with a sprint finish where anything can happen. I'm not just talking about being outkicked - in the rain someone could slip
