I’m in the last 8 weeks of base training before starting a 15 week marathon specific plan. Right now a week looks like this:
M - 7 Miles easy
Tu - 8 miles easy (w/strides)
W - 11 Miles with either one hour steady state, hills, or 8x800’s
Th - off
F - 8 miles easy
S - 8 mileas easy
Su - 16-18 miles
Total - 58-60
What would you add/change to get to 70 mpw? FWIW, goal is 3:05 marathon in January.
