Not to mention the blimp.
Not to mention the blimp.
Curry's the best three-point shooter ever. James and Durant can do more things and are better all-around players.

Oh please. Perimeter defense sucked during Jordan's time. Defenses then were slow & post focused. Today's NBA is fast paced, perimeter focused, guard focused making it much harder for shooters. Defenders today would be all up in Jordan's face making him fire off more air balls than you could imagine.
Go back and watch the film, junior.
That finals matchup with clyde drexler showed just how deadly Jordan was from outside.
And the defense then was better than today's wussy ball. The pistons would have knocked curry out of games with their rough play.
Laimbeer and Rodman would tear LeBron up.
LeBron outweighs Pistons-era Rodman by 40 pounds and probably gives up little in terms of speed and quickness. Laimbeer was a punk, hated around the league. He also wasn't nearly as strong as LeBron and would just be more cannon fodder. The idea that smaller, slower, far less skilled players could cheap shot their way to victory against today's greats is repugnant, but not much can be expected from a fan of Laimbeer.
A truly great player, Larry Bird, despised Laimbeer's cheap shot-fake-tough-guy antics, singling him out to this day as the worst goon in the NBA:

True greats like Bird and MJ despised the turn the league took in the late 80s and 90s to thug ball. They'd actually try to beat LeBron on talent, not cheap shots. The NBA game is ten times better today than in, say, 1995.
