I'm thinking of changing the 400's to 65 secs but 10 min rest
Original workout is good.
If your PR is 61x and you run a 65 in a workout, you likely won't be able to run another 65 in the same workout even with 10 minutes rest.
The short rest on the 300s may get very uncomfortable very fast even if you run them closer to 58 than 54.

I did 3x150m, averaging 21-22 seconds, 90%
2x400m, 1st one=69 (90%) , 2nd=66, full effort
Then I did one 200 all out, which was pretty slow, 31
Google Clyde Hart's training, I think every 400-800 runner could learn something from his philosophy, "train slower to race faster". Repeat 200's seem to be the key workout.
