Run slowly.
I just bike trails instead of stationary bike, as well as play pickup Basketball and weightlift
Skimo
Swim
Bike trainer
Mountain climb
Snowboard
Paddleboard
Stairmaster
Rock climb
Treadmill hopping
I don't waist my thyme lifting those goofy weights.
Lift in my home gym 4 times weekly.
Nightly crunches/sit ups.
Bang my 23 year old 3-holer Thai girlfriend.
