I was back at it this morning, after taking off work yesterday and watching some football. Got up, took my daughter to school and headed to the trails for an easy 15-20min. Yeah, that's right. I didn't time myself or track distance. Did a loop I was familiar with, felt decent after the first loop and went again. Did 2 quick strides afterwards. Started out feeling pretty sluggish but worked into the run and finished feeling that rush of endorphins I miss so much. I Plan on 20ish minutes in the morning before work.
