Hi Everyone,
I have been running for a few months averaging around 20-30 miles per week. I entered a 10km event recently and ran 41.10 which I was quite happy with.
If i continue to increase my mileage to say 40-50 miles per week and add in some speedwork what is a realistic time for 5km and 10km than I can run with a solid 6 months of training? I also ran 19 45 for 5km after about 8 weeks of training.
I'm 27 y/o - 5 " 10 and around 155 pounds so fairly lean.
