I recently found this AMAZING guide from Joe Rubio for 1500m runners:

It included a year-long periodization plan, training terms, his philosophy, even specific workouts, I thought it was very complete and very effective. I was wondering, are there any guides/plans similar to that but for events like the 400, the 800, the 3k steeple, or the 2-mile/5k?
I've looked at Daniels, Pfitz, and Magness, but they focus too much on long distance for my taste. My passion is hsort/mid distance running, so I want guides/plans for that.
