Negative fifteen hundred dollars
Bet 140 bucks and you literally get back 1k. If he wins.

The only ways he wins are if mayweather suddenly got old or is paid to take a dive.

How do you figuratively get back 1k?
For every $100 you bet you would currently win $500 plus the $100 you wagered back. So bet $1500 you would cash a ticket worth $9k if he wins.
Mayweather is old (40+), but at least he is a trained boxer, unlike the white boy.
Plan your life around losing that $1500 not winning a lot more.

Last I checked betting was x7 on McGregor and x3 on Mayweather.

I was thinking of flying to vegas and laying down like as much money as I could get my hands on for Mayweather, but then I started thinking of weird things that could happen.
What if Mayweather breaks his hand, pulls a muscle, has a heart attack? How likely is that? Or is paid to take a dive?
There is no chance he loses the right. I mean it's laughable people think a non boxer can beat one of the greatest boxers ever.
This^^^ Fights are fixed. Promoters hype it up and in the end, they want $$$$$$$. Anyone, any human being who believes all of the pre-fight fake crap is real, needs to get their head examined. It's scripted people, all of it. As long as the make millions, they don't care. Either fighter could easily take a dive and you're out $$$$$

Lots of smalls on McGregor. You have to be a lot to make anything on Mayweather.

Laugh if you will friend, but they are all scripted. Word for word, no---but still scripted. It's a circus and they know the average person is a sucker. Watch the promoter in slow motion as he acts like he's breaking them up but really isn't, it's choreographed. Sorry, but it's true.

I would never bet on boxing. It's rigged, judges are corrupt

Get a job as a writer paying $1 per word (you will have to be an amazing writer). Then give somebody a picture, which as we all know is worth 1 thousand words. Then have them give you back that picture.

You've seen too much pro wrestling son. If you can't see these guys don't like each others and all the promotors are doing is putting them in positions to get this across to to the public, you need your head examined.
I'll explain this fight for people who don't watch boxing.
Mayweather is a loathsome person who is technically one of the best, if not the best, boxer of his generation (and possibly others). In particular, his defense is superlative, meaning top tier pros basically can't land a punch on him. He's never lost, although he's won some close decisions against really strong opponents. His fitness level is very high.
Mcgregor is not a boxer. He does mixed martial arts, which is more about grappling and wrestling than it is about punching. The technical skills requires to be a top tier boxer take a decade or two to acquire. A left hook is not a natural punch. The footwork isn't natural. Etc. all of it requires a lot of drill and practice. Mcgregor has none of that. He's not even an amateur boxer. His footwork is terrible. He can't punch worth a damn.
This is like a high school sprinting champion trying to race a world class 10K runner in a 10K race. In a 100m sprint the high schooler might even win, but in a 10K he's going to get lapped several times.
Why the fight then? See the movie Great White Hype. Seriously, there is a big market for MMA and this fight is an effort to cash in on it. The paychecks involved are huge. Everyone involved understands the theater and the setup. Boxing is a struggling sport in a commercial sense. There are all sorts of motivations external to sports, for setting this fight up. But it's a boxing match, and Mayweather is one hell of a boxer, it doesn't matter that he's 40 and smaller. He won't throw it because the only thing he cares about in life besides money is being undefeated.
So you're saying put my money on Mayweather?
I think the only chance McGregor has is Floyd having an brain hemmorage in the first 30 seconds of the fight. If that occurs, there will be numerous sports books in bankruptcy. The title of this thread confirms that 100% that every square mope out there will be on McGregor.
