I have had a really bad cough lately and I ran 1:57 in a meet today, much slower than I had hoped. Should I be worried, or should I expect slower times, and by how much?

This cough will equate to a 1.32 second slower 800 meters, .86 slower for 400 meters and .46 for 100 meters.
You should actually run faster when you're sick since your body is in healing mode, increasing your lactose threshold levels and boosting your testosterone development.
