I´m having a long run as one of my 3 workouts this week. I run 4:15 on one mile and 9:11 on two miles. I am 18y old. How fast and far should I run?
I was thinking maybe 6:45 per mile on 12 miles. Any suggestions?

I would say that you should run at a speed that still allows you to maintain a comfortable conversation should you be in a position to do that. Otherwise, don't worry about the time on your long runs.
Since I dont know you weekly milage I would say that your long run should be about 20% of your weekly milage.
