Do you seriously think that tofu *isn't* "processed"? Do you have a clue how it's made?
Look, eat what you want, and different diets work for different people. But generally speaking tofu is not a particularly high-quality protein. Personally, I'd be more concerned about fatigue and poor recovery than about moobs.

Tofu has all eight essential amino acids, and it's loaded with iron and calcium. It's a great protein source!
Fatigue and poor recovery? I'd say the exact opposite. I've trained seriously on an omnivorous diet and a vegan diet and the one true difference it made in my running was the recovery. With a vegan diet, I can handle higher quality and quantity while still feeling fresh, and my times are drastically faster compared to my omnivorous times; I PR'd in every distance 4 months after switching diets
Now, to answer the OP's question:
I understand where your worries are coming from, but to develop gynecomastia, is incredibly rare - even if you ingest very high amounts.
The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition even stated "high levels of phytoestrogens did not cause gynecomastia or other estrogenic effects in healthy men. This indicates that either soy is not linked to gynecomastia or that there are other factors that play a role in soy-based gynecomastia"
Keep eating it. You have absolutely nothing to worry about.
High quality reviews have shown that high soy protein diets did not, overall, lower testosterone, and were nearly equal to whey in improving muscle protein synthesis.
You'll be fine.

Ditch the tofu and use Natto. Almost all other forms of soy are toxic:

soy is one of the worst protein sources. use rice protein or pea protein if you are a closet vegan.
Tofu has been my go to protein for many years and my boobs are spectacular.
