Hi, a little background about me is that i've been running for 3 years, im in tenth grade, and my PR's are 18:45 for 5k, 11:49 for 3200m, 5:19 for 1600m and 2:22 for 800m. I currently run about 30-35 mpw. Is there any training advice, workouts that I can do to help me get a 4:44 mile, 10:30 2 mile and 2:07 800m in a spand of about 15 weeks.
