South Africa is not that small about 55 Million, and it is not poor, it is by far the most advanced African Nation, They are Famous for some advancements in the medical field including having the first heart transplant, it has some poverty and the amount of rapes are off the charts, but there are also very rich areas, So she likely has great medical staff, and isn't her coach Maria Mutola? who has run UNDER 1:58 an amazing 83 times and is one of the best 800 meters ever, so her coaching is probably excellent, and as one of the Countries very top athletes she probably lives away from the crime areas in a rich enclave, so she probably has a very good training situation.

BTW, the reason why Britain did not do the first heart transplant was because at that time the definition of death included the requirement that the heart had stopped beating. South Africa had a different definition of death.

Even with his high testosterone, he's still 15 seconds slower than other men of his age.

He just doesn't have the talent to compete with them, the poor guy.

Based on this logic, Niyonsaba is at a bigger disadvantage. Certainly Burundi is smaller and less developed than South Africa, right?
