Is there actually anything I can do to keep in shape?
My track season was cut short due to getting mono, and I'm not supposed to exercise at all for fear of a spleen rupture.
For those who have had it, what was the recovery like and how and when can I get back into running?
I'm really missing exercise
Also I've gained quite a bit of weight, but I figure I can just change my diet while I recover and shed some of the wieght
