All the elite races are getting covered on the red button. The main bbc feed is more general spectators

Not sure what you are watching, there are multiple coverage sessions at the BBC. I'm watching the Elite coverage on the Red Button but there is also a mass coverage one too. There should be a link to the Elite coverage on the BBC website. It is alternating between wheelchair elite women and elite men.
