Does anyone add heel lifts to there running shoes? There are a few shoe models that would be perfect me, if not for their 4mm drop.

Tried some from local "foot" store and OTC. Turns out that probably exacerbated the problem and few if anyone really need them. What problem are you trying to fix?
I get Achilles issues in anything less than a 8mm drop.
