Ive always been a chunky monkey, 5'8 165lb, I do carry a fair bit of muscle but I have been 155lb, just was extremely hungry to get there and stay there.
other than eating 1800cals and running 50mpw, and being extremely hungry, what other strategies could I do to lose weight?
I mean, how hungry are you guys/girls? Is that just how it's done?
I see it either has to be starvation/calorie restriction or really bump up my energy output. Swimming the safest (injury avoidance) way to do this? What would you suggest?
Going to try the primal way, with more sweet potatos to have higher carbs than most paleo people. Hoping eating this way will help.
