In order of best to worst, I would say probably:
1. 3200
2. 5k
3. 1600
4. 800
5. 400
6. 200
Where on earth did you run an 8k?!
assuming the 8k and 5k are on a xc course then you are better the longer the distance

I strongly disagree with the 3200 being better than his mile/everything else. Early on in hs when my mile was only slightly faster (4:50), my 3200 was 10:15, with a 2:10 800. I'd say pretty much all of his times are relatively equivalent, with the exception of the 3200, probably being his worst.
I wrote that last post and then remembered that 8k was the standard distance for college XC...
My mind was not working, ugh...
