Hey guys! I've come to the realization that even though I'm in decent shape, my training needs a bit more structure. How do you guys feel about the Summer of Malmo? Jack Daniels? I have copies of Bart Yasso's 10 day training cycles for various distances as well, and those make some sense to me in terms of being well rested. Has any plan been proven to be better than others? I'm currently at about 50 miles a week, and I'm building towards a winter half marathon with a goal of sub-1:20.
