Hey team - I have just been diagnosed with a distal femoral stress fracture (bone scan positive) after a few months of non-specific pain in my medial knee. I am at a bit of a loss for what to do to maintain fitness. Everything that I am reading says to avoid weight bearing activity for a few months. I am a good swimmer and have been doing that but it seems to aggravate it further.
Any ideas or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
