I got a stress fracture and was desperate for exercise so I started aqua jogging. Now that I am almost better I am thinking of continuing a couple days a week.
Some of the runners in my area do this now, but I noticed they sort of just paddle around and chat. I try not to talk to anyone because I want to get my heart rate up while going hard in the pool.
Am thinking of doing twice a week in additon to 20-30mpw.
Does anyone have any advice how to best incorporate etc?
