Hi all,
Well I have been a runner for almost 10 years now. Not seriously, but more or less regularly. A marathon or two here and there (total around 9 so far, first 3:32 in 2006, last 3:01 in 2012). I just turned 39 few days ago and wanted to do some structured training at least for a couple of years, get some coaching, take care of my nutrition, etc...so that I can see how much I can improve my PRs. So do you think that the one that is roughly outlined below is a reasonable goal to achieve in the coming couple of years? And if so, any suggestions on how to get started? (e.g. online coaching sites, training plans, etc...)
