I am a former D1 runner with PRs of 14:55 and 31:20. I ran competitively for a few years after college but haven't raced seriously in two years.
I've been active nearly every day (basketball, volleyball, etc.) but have only been running about 2-3 x 7 miles a week.
I got an itch to do Boston next year, but need a qualifying time since I've never done a marathon before. My only realistic chance to get the time is three weeks from today.
I have a history of getting into shape fast and yesterday I ran 9 miles.
My question is, what should I do between today and three weeks from now to allow myself to run the best marathon possible?
