Hello, I am running a HM on May 3rd and I was wondering what time I should shoot for. Last week I ran my PB in the 5k by 8 seconds (16:25) so I am in good shape.
My HM PR is 1:18:xx from 2 years ago when my 5k PR was only 17 flat.
My marathon PR is 2:58 (if that helps anything).
So, what time should I shoot for?
Can I go under 1:14? 1:15?
