He is still guilty whether he admitted or not.

One guy is listed with "Elevated T/E Ratio and 19-norandrosterone" and the other is listed with "Conspiracy and cover-up".

I'm not saying either are not guilty, I'm just distinguishing, there's a HUGE difference.

I am not sure nut I don't think I would want my son or daughter running for some one who was a drug cheat. I really don't care if they addmitted it or not! How can a DI school employ someone like this? Oh thats right no AD out there cares about track and field. Thank god for Penn St. Football!

This is such BS, Slightly different in what sense? They both received the same ban. Does the Kennesaw coach get a pass because he is WHITE and ross is BLACK! Im so sick of the double standards among the coaching community. Everyone has a opinion like they have lived the perfect life. Those out there throwing stones, I hope you don't live in a glass house because one day your faults will come to light and I hope your peers judge you off those faults and not who you are now...

Didn't the head coach at Kennesaw get banned too when he was a competitor? I think his name is on the list.

He did, slightly different level and issues involved from Ross. It's well publicized and he admitted fault. Not sure about Ross.[/quote]

Rumor is ETSU is in turmoil over finding a new head coach and head assistant after a retirement and dismissal. Not sure much can save them now ( or the A-Sun) Not a good spot to be in with a program that has so much history and local support from alumni. Any one heard the candidates for either position? August is coming up!

I might live in a glass house, but at least it allows me to see out of it, unlike the sand your head is buried in.

(I didn't know the Kennessaw guy was white until I looked him up, not sure why you would assume this was an issue when it wasn't made mention of)

That may be true, but it looks like he is interviewing to become more than just a face. I dont know why head coaches waste a valuable coaching spot on someone if you dont plan to utilize them as a coach. Wonder how long Dan Waters will be at Bama doing that...

I've heard TCU is looking for a more experienced jumps coach since he hired pretty young guys the last two times around. I guess he's looking for stability, and I know he's made a few calls, but not to those guys.

Whats going on at...

UCLA
Oregon
TCU
Texas Tech
UNC
NC State
Wake Forest
Virgina
Purdue
Ohio State
Iowa
Penn State
Ole Miss
Arkansas

There are so many BCS schools still hiring and taking way too long with it. Which will delay every other hire that follows.

OK, so the coach from Kennesaw should be given a pass and Ross shouldn't, is that what your saying???? They both were guilty and they have served there time so they BOTH need tot be left alone!!!!

NC State is making a splash this year with their incoming recruiting class, featuring three openly gay runners. How will this affect the dynamic of their team?
