A lot of people suggest the lydiard form of training build up to 100 mpw while this is fine for the elite/faster runners who will be at the front of the field in most races. What about slower runners would you suggest that they run 100mpw
I certainy do agree with this form of training but wonder if 100 mpw per week would be too much, for runners like me that is 18 hours of running a week or would it be preferable to go on time
