20k tomorrow morning at 8:30. I almost never eat before runs (usually go early in the morning) and have a sensitive stomach when it comes to such things--that said, I'll be up at 5 tomorrow morning: anyone care to suggest a good pre-race food for me? Right now, I'm thinking about having a bit of yogurt with a bit of whey powder and a cut up cucumber. That sound good for a pre-race food, or should I do something more sugary?
