October 30th - November 5th
Miles = 87.4 Miles
First time in the build things felt rough and not controlled. Felt flat this whole week, some stress eating and adjusting to a new schedule and the time change is throwing me off a bit.
Wednesday went well but felt harder than it should have. Same for Sunday. Aerobically it's fine but my legs felt like they had nothing in them. No snap or nothing. No fluids on Sunday, couldn't get/keep any down and vomited after the last mile trying to take concentrated nuun endurance.
In a better place than I was last year, so things are continuing to move up and forward. After talking with coach we will keep MP around 6:15-6:10 and still try to negative split. Still on track to PR and will keep the journey going.
