I personally know at least a dozen people that have passed because of this virus and there are no races happening this year for sure. No point in training hard yet. I've told people in my club this and they think I'm being stupid. They can continue to go out and hammer themselves to death on every run they do and not get fitter. I'm nearly 100% but I probably won't resume normal training for at least another 3-4 weeks. I tend to get close to peak shape pretty quickly I think. The back half of this year I guess I'll try to see how many miles per week I can tolerate.
