cuts will come in travel budgets, roster size, and coaches salaries first... after that??
right now, it seems to me the schools with the most exposure to cuts are schools who are D1 schools who are not in a P5 (w/large TV contracts for football)... however, if there is no football season, or a very compromised one, then some P5 schools will have to tighten their belts too
