Yep,a handful of healthy distance runners running in a group is easily as deadly as high school kids:
Drinking and driving.
Texting and driving.
Smoking weed and driving.
Online and in person bullying...which can lead to suicides.
Unprotected sex leading to abortions/mental health issues/STDs
My county has population around 105,000 and I believe they mentioned 23 positive cases, one requiring hospitalization and that person has been released. So the chance that if this group of distance runners were running together in my county, they should be fine and if they and their family have been practicing the social recommendations they will assume when they get home that they are infected and act accordingly, just like they should if their son stopped to pick up some groceries.
