Welllllllllll professor as you know, "deadly" is an adjective. Have you ever heard of a comparative adjective??
Hmmm ok so the comparative adjective associated with "deadly" is ... wait for it ... "deadlier" ... and don't even get me started on the superlative adjective.
Check your dictionary. Is your dictionary in the habit of including words which represent nonexistent concepts?
