Reports from last year prior to London proved to be correct so i believe it will be the case this year too. Expect a mesmerizing race in London as he's not due to have a bad marathon any time soon.

30 seconds - 1 minute under WR pace?
Not even a slight chance.
Bekele barely ran that in his half marathon race?
The Alphaflys are a heck of a drug.

Who cares...the only sport he is good at is distance running. Pro soccer players make way more money.

Remember Berlin 2017? It came after Monza and he was bullish saying he wants his opening half no slower than 60:30-60:45. The day ended up with mixed feelings, he won, but weather was very bad and he almost got beat by Adola.
His shape now is better than in Berlin 2018 when he broke the WR, and his confidence really high after Ineos 1:59. He ran 1:59:41 and appeared full of running.
Bekele did a hard solo tempo run only, expect his condition to be a lot better in April. A 60:00 opening half wouldn't surprise me, as Eliud wants to give it a go from the start at least once and see what he can really achieve if he goes all in from the gun.

Go away.
London will be cancelled. Best case scenario is they allow the pros to compete ala Tokyo but shut down the community event.
No one wants some 4:25 dummy in a banana suit coofing corona chan into Bekele’s mouth.
A very good question is, who will be the pacemakers? To go even for 25k at 2:00-2:01 pace requires a world class runner, let alone 30k. They would have to split let's say 60:15-30 for the half and keep going another 4k, all this facing the air resistance.
These pacers would have to be sub-60 half runners(current shape, not past results), preferably sub 59:30 to have margin for errors or to go to 26-27k if they have a perfect day.
Ideally they would have proven their shape in a race this winter/early spring. So let's see who these pacers could be, i will rank them in order.
***** Kibiwott Kandie - huge potential, will come in top shape after half world champs
**** Reuben Kiprop Kipyego, Alexander Mutiso - both paced Tokyo in a stellar fashion up to 30k
*** Bernard Ngeno, Shadrack Kimining, Geoffrey Koech - proven world class half runners
** Philemon Kiplimo, Abel Kipchumba, Gabriel Geay, Alfred Barkach
* Gideon Kipketer, Victor Chumo, Vincent Raimoi, Geoffrey Kusuro, Stephen Kissa
Others : Moses Koech, Leonard Barsoton, Henry Rono, Joseph Karanja, Mande Bushendich, Maxwell Rotich, James Rungaru
What I'd like to ask him is if they WADA gave him an explicit green light to take as many PEDs as he'd like, or if he plans to retire soon, considering he's bound to be caught sooner or later.

Glad you're barely literate; a well-crafted post of this sh*t would have depressed me.
I would like to see Reuben Kiprop Kipyego, Eric Kiptanui, and Emmanuel Saina. And one of them to drop with the second and third elite men after half way when they start to tire. I want to see three sub 2.02. This could be the perfect storm of talent, shoes, and current rules that may never align again.

Sounds like you need a Safe Space snowflake.
You need to go away. You are polluting the boards on a daily basis.

Actually, the average pro soccer player's salary is $60,000. Kipchoge makes almost 10x this.
Try again.

Kid, top soccers players make dozens of millions.
Kipchoge is the top marathoner. Messi is the top footballer. Messi make 100 millions + per year. Kipchoge make 1 million at most.
Kipchoge salary is not top 1 000 in the soccer world.
Boris Johnson is probably learning about Kipchoge's planned pace in London, shaking his head and chuckling away as he sips a glass of Earl Grey.

Every chance... in fact if world record isn't broken it will be down to bad weather in London which is very possible the Alphafly will give him another 40 sec boost as conservative estimates.

well then the average runners salary is like $7,500
Neymar makes $2.6 mil per game.
Soccer players make way more money on average than pretty much every sport.
planted story to try to scare Bekele from competing.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
