Personally, two pieces of toast with either peanut butter or jelly. PB is really my fav. Something about the fat helps me feel better during tempo runs.
2 Fig Newtons with a cup of coffee.
powerbar or clifbar
some graham crackers
1 diet root beer
1 sliced banana
1 cup of dry pasta
chicken breast in alfredo sauce.

Just out of curiosity, why would eating those not be a good idea?
