Per RW, the men start at 12:03 and the women at 12:13.
With the ten-minute head start for men, I doubt there's much danger of too many men being caught by the lead women. I'm guessing the lead women will be 2:25-30 on the hilly course, and not many guys are likely to be slower than 2:35, mostly ones who went out too hard and crashed or aren't in shape now because they either ran their qualifier too long ago or too recently to recover.
There may be more women lapped by the leading men than men caught by the leading women. The leading men will leave the third loop around mile 23 and, assuming they're on 2:12 pace, will catch by then women who haven't reached mile 15 at 3:05 pace. With so many women, some of whom ran just under 2:45 on fast courses, probably some will be over 3:05 pace for one reason or another. Won't affect the last three miles, though.
